What TubeGrok is

TubeGrok turns YouTube videos, playlists, and channels into AI-generated summaries, courses, quizzes, flashcards, and publishing drafts. Results are machine-generated from video captions: they can be wrong, incomplete, or miss nuance. Verify before you rely on or republish them.

Your account & acceptable use

• You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• Don’t abuse the service: no automated scraping of our API, resale of access, rate-limit evasion, or attempts to extract other users’ data.
• You must comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service in how you use YouTube content. TubeGrok processes publicly available captions and metadata; copyright in the underlying videos remains with their owners. Content you publish from TubeGrok drafts is your responsibility.

Plans, billing & refunds

• Paid subscriptions are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record — Paddle’s checkout terms apply to the purchase itself.
• Limits are stated in exact numbers on the pricing page. No credit systems. Jobs pause at your cap unless you explicitly enable overage ($1.50 per video-hour past your included hours).
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — one click, effective at period end.
• Billing mistakes on our side (double charges, unearned overage) are refunded — email support@tubegrok.com.

Service changes & availability

We’re a small product improving quickly: features may change, and transcript availability depends on YouTube and third-party providers. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. If we ever discontinue TubeGrok, active subscribers get a pro-rated refund for the unused period.

Disclaimers & liability

TubeGrok is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Purchases made through Paddle are additionally governed by Paddle’s buyer terms.

Changes to these terms

We’ll post updates here with a new effective date and email account holders about material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

TubeGrok is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or xAI. “Grok” is used in its original sense — to understand deeply.
